Distance Selling Contract
This Distance Selling Contract (“Agreement”) binds Natural Care, a brand incorporated in Turkey, and the valued customer who places an order through our Website. Natural Care operates out of a registered office located at Çobançeşme, ATAKÖY 7-8-9-10.MAH, Yan Yol NO: 8, 34158 Bakırköy/İstanbul, Turkey.
Offerings and Descriptions
Our Website provides detailed descriptions of the products and services we offer. The Customer confirms they have thoroughly read and understood these descriptions by placing an order.
Pricing and Payment Methods
We clearly display all product and service prices on the Website. The Customer, upon purchasing, agrees to take responsibility for all relevant taxes and duties. We accept payments through methods listed on the Website.
Agreement Duration and Termination Conditions
The Agreement comes into effect when the Customer places an order and remains valid until the Customer meets all obligations under this Agreement. Should the Customer wish to terminate this Agreement at any point, they can do so by providing Natural Care with written notice. However, Natural Care reserves the right to terminate this Agreement should the Customer breach any of its terms and conditions.
Delivery Terms and Timelines
We commit to delivering all products to the Customer’s address during the order process. The Customer agrees that delivery times may vary depending on their location.
Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights pertaining to products and services offered on our Website belong to Natural Care. The Customer must avoid using any of Natural Care’s intellectual property rights without obtaining our prior written consent.
Dispute Resolution
In case any disputes arise from this Agreement, the involved parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Turkey.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The laws of Turkey govern the terms of this Agreement, and any interpretation of these terms will follow Turkish law.
