Our return and refund policy extends to 10 days post-receipt of your order. In this period, customers can request a return and refund without necessarily having to provide a reason. However, please ensure that the items for return remain unopened and retain their original condition. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, or if the product is defective, you may return it within the stipulated period.

Shipping responsibility and costs differ based on the reason for return. Natural Care gladly covers the return shipping costs if the products arrive damaged or defective. However, when customers wish to return an item without a specific reason, they would bear the responsibility for the return shipping costs. It’s a simple effort to maintain fairness for all parties involved.

We strive to process refunds promptly. Once we receive the returned products and verify their condition, we will process the refund within 7 days. Please note the speed at which the refunded amount reflects in your account might depend on your bank’s policies and procedures.

Exchanges, Store Credits, or Restocking Fees

We offer exchanges and store credits but only at our local store in Turkey. For customers who cannot physically visit our store, we regret any inconvenience caused. However, we’re continuously working on expanding our services to cater better to your needs. Also, we do not apply any restocking fees to keep the return process as customer-friendly as possible.
