1. Returns

• For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on used, opened, or personal care products.

2. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping fee is the customer’s responsibility unless the product was defective or incorrect.

3. Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• If you need an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events.
• Gift cards and digital products.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.

6. Order Cancellations

• You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been shipped.
• Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled, but you may request a return following our return policy.
• If you choose to cancel and return the product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
