Shipping Policy

 

Thanks for your interest in Natural Care and decision to shop with us. Our Shipping Policy lays out the terms and conditions regarding shipping and delivery.

Processing Time for Shipment

Receipt of your order triggers processing, which we typically complete within 1-2 business days. However, processing might take a few extra days during high order volume periods. If there’s a significant delay in shipping your order, you can expect an email or phone notification from us.

Estimates for Shipping Rates and Delivery

At checkout, you’ll see the calculated shipping charges for your order. Our partnership with DHL allows us to provide the following shipping options:

  • Worldwide Express (1-3 Business Days): €18
  • Express Saver (3-5 Business Days): €14

Additionally, we offer Free Shipping (8-10 Business Days) on orders of €100 or more. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Order Tracking and Shipment Confirmation

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a Shipment Confirmation via email or SMS, which includes your tracking number. The tracking system will activate within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Customs and taxes on your order, including tariffs, taxes, and other associated costs, fall under your responsibility. However, we pledge to cover 50% of your customs taxes to enhance your satisfaction. Please note that we do not collect VAT.

Handling Damages

Natural Care assumes responsibility for products that sustain damage or get lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please get in touch with us at [email protected] with “Damage Claim” as the subject line. Remember to retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We provide shipping services worldwide, with exceptions for UN-banned or carrier-restricted countries.

Address Verification and Refused Delivery

We attempt to validate your shipping address at checkout. We’ll contact you for an updated address if we can’t validate it. If the address remains unverified, we’ll cancel and refund your order. If you provide an incorrect shipping address and we can’t recover the package, Natural Care won’t assume responsibility.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

If your order status shows as delivered, but you haven’t received it, please get in touch with us immediately via phone at +90 539 455 05 05 or email [email protected]. If necessary, we will file a claim with the shipping carrier and involve local law enforcement. Upon completing the investigation, which may take up to 21 days, we will replace or refund the order.
